I'm an American expat, living in Auckland with my family after a few years in Washington, DC.
Currently, I work for a NZ media agency network, supporting their clients' ecommerce and retail media endeavours. Previously, I worked brand-side and agency-side on DTC and eRetail ecomm builds using Shopify (Online Store 2.0), Magento 2 and Magento 1.9.
I've had the good fortune to work with and for some amazing clients, agencies and orgs on a variety of digital projects for the likes of Two Islands, Les Mills International, The New Zealand Herald, and the Brookings Institution (think tank in Washington, DC).
I'm trained as a journalist (a Medill grad) and am an able hand at all things concerning multimedia, be it: writing, editing, video, social media, paid media, owned media, email marketing, CRM/CDP management, and web development.
In addition: I provide personal branding consulting and online portfolio management via Squarespace for journalists, academics and video editors in the US, EMEA, and NZ.
Where do I see myself in five years? I can't tell you because opportunity doesn't exist yet. But if it involves learning, fizzing and buzzing over NPD, and international travel, I'm there. (Warwick, Lucy and Sylvia, too!)
